We would like to bring to your attention with the following matter as everybody knows that the company has limited number of parking lots. It is important that employees to follow our parking lot rules in order to keep our parking lot is being fully optimised.
In order to do so, please make sure that :-
1. Employee’s car is not blocking the front gate entrance (Auto Gate).
2. Employee’s car is not restricting the loading space parking, please make sure to leave your car key at Arina’s desk if your car is blocking someone’s vehicle.
3. Employees to park their car at the side parking (left hand side of office), please ensure that the side parking could fit in 3 cars.
4. Employees who are mostly working and based in the office most of times, do have the priority to park in office parking lots.
5. Employee’s car is not allowed to park and block parking lot if there is empty space available in the parking lot. Please refer to the image 2
6. Finally, please be considerable by parking your car accordingly and wisely.
